CESF Operator

About the Position

Under general supervision of the site Director of Operations, CESF Operator will perform operation of Water Filtering Systems in the construction industry. CESF Operator will also be asked to help train (When Performance allows) Operators to improve their skills and abilities. CESF Operator will always have a positive and proactive approach to each task assigned. CESF Operator with take direction from the Director Operations and accomplish requested tasks quickly and without much supervision. CESF Operator will have gain knowledge and understand how to proactively solve problems and perform minor repairs, improving they’re value the Water Filtration Industry. Starting pay DOE.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 years of Construction Industry experience:
    • Running Water Filtration Systems, and/or
    • Installing Water Filtration Systems
  • Contribute to a site culture of continuous improvement by teaching and training less skilled members of the crew.
  • Maintain flexibility to switch gears and assist other crew members as needed.
  • Maintain good working relationship with all members of the crew and all employees throughout the company.
  • Operate non CDL trucks, CDL preferred.
  • Recommend to Director of Operations any material needed which is not currently on the job site.
  • Prep and help organize the job site as instructed by the Director of Operations.
  • Take the initiative to clean the job site and encourage other less skilled workers to do the same.
  • Review schedule, technical provisions, terms and conditions and contract drawings for job.
  • Build according to drawings and specs as directed by the Director of Operations.
  • Communicate regular updates to the Director of Operations as necessary and suggest solutions to problems which pop up.
  • Propose time saving and effective suggestions to the Director of Operations.
  • Report any unsafe work conditions on the job site and help train less skilled crew members on how to work safely.

  • System Calibration
  • Hand Tool Calibration

  • Credit Card Receipt Upload to DropBox (to be uploaded by end of business on Friday)

  • Box Drains to Sump to Tanks

Safety and Requirements

  • Help keep all job sites clean and in order without being asked.
  • Confirm you can operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
  • Report any injuries to the Director of Operations as soon as possible.
  • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at work on time.

  • Sight in order to be aware of hazards and dangers found in the nature of the work.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Climb ladders of varying heights.
  • Lift moderate to heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
